To send a notice of dispute, email support@studychops.com with your name, address, contact information, facts, and relief requested. We will attempt informal resolution for 60 days before arbitration may commence.

General

These Terms, with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices we publish on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and StudyChops. If any provision is held invalid, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right does not waive it. These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. StudyChops operates from South Africa; access from other locations is at your own initiative and you are responsible for local law compliance.
